This particular material grade was chosen by AmTech due to its excellent corrosion resistance and very low thermal expansion. To achieve the customer required specifications, we have developed a soft jaw automatic feeder for the CNC machine, which machines the inner diameter to the correct size. Additionally, we employ a roller burnishing tool to create an exceptionally smooth surface, ensuring a tight seal between the piston and cylinder.
