This spline clutch shaft is manufactured to TS16949 standards. The shaft has three gun drilled holes for oil transfer, these holes run the full shaft length and have a 0.419″ width.
There are four spline sections on the clutch shaft outer diameter. The spline teeth vary from 33-37 teeth per section.
In addition, the shaft has five CNC machined outer grooves. Each groove has a varying OD, width and corner RADII.
The clutch shaft contains a hub that is laser welded in the center.
