Aluminum Screw Machine Insert

This aluminum screw machine part is used in an electronics controller assembly. The Electronics OEM operates in the specialty motors sector. Each part is precision machined with three OD sizes, two slots and internal boring.

7075-T6 material was selected for it’s superior strength and resistance, versus other standard grades of aluminum alloy.

To optimize production, all 12,000 pieces are manufactured and shipped in one lot.
